About this tour

The trek begins at the end of the road leading to Playa Larga, in an area known as La Baliza de Escarpados. From there, the trail follows the coastline of the Beagle Channel until reaching the historic Estancia Túnel.

For those who would like to extend the hike, the trail can continue from the estancia towards the Encajonado River.

About the Trek

The trail passes through Patagonian coastal forests, characterized by tree and shrub species that are not found in all forest environments.

After 2.2 km, the trail reaches Estancia Túnel. From there, those choosing the longer option can continue towards the Encajonado River.

Estancia Túnel option
