About this tour
If you want to experience Tierra del Fuego National Park in a more active and immersive way, this experience is for you.
We invite you to discover some of the Park's most beautiful landscapes by combining vehicle transfers with short hikes along Fuegian trails, allowing us to explore the forest, discover lagoons, walk along the coastline and enjoy different viewpoints.
Unlike our traditional National Park excursion, this experience is designed for travelers who want to walk, explore and connect more closely with nature, without the need for strenuous trekking.
Walks and places we will discover
🌊 Ensenada Zaratiegui and the Coastal Trail
We will begin near the Beagle Channel, in the Ensenada area, with an approximately 25-minute walk along a section of the Coastal Trail. We will enter the Fuegian forest and follow the coastline until reaching the first bay.
The complete Coastal Trail is a much longer hike; on this excursion, we walk only a short section, selected to enjoy the scenery without turning the day into a demanding trekking experience.
🌿 Laguna Verde Viewpoint
We will continue to Laguna Verde, where we can enjoy one of the Park's characteristic landscapes, surrounded by forest and peatlands.
🥾 Lapataia Viewpoint Trail
We will take a short walk to one of the scenic viewpoints in the Lapataia area, offering beautiful views of the bay and the surrounding mountains.
🌱 Laguna Negra Trail
A short walk to discover the distinctive landscape of Fuegian peatlands and one of the characteristic natural environments of Tierra del Fuego.
🏔️ Pampa Alta
Depending on the conditions of the day, we may walk the Pampa Alta trail or part of it. The trail crosses the forest and offers beautiful panoramic views towards the Beagle Channel and the Pipo River Valley. The complete trail to the viewpoint is considered moderate in difficulty.
💦 Pipo River Waterfall
We will also visit the Pipo River Waterfall area, where we can take a short walk through the Fuegian forest and enjoy the natural surroundings.
