One option in winter is to go to Cerro Castor, even if you don't ski, and stay and enjoy the day.
You can take the pedestrian pass to go up the first chairlift and watch the skiers going down the slopes, ice skate on the rink at the base of the hill and have lunch at some of the bars or at the Morada del Águila restaurant to taste a good lamb.
